The second Winter School of the Erasmus Mundus Master QuanTEEM was held in Dijon on 20-23 February 2024. This event brought together our first-year students, researchers and international experts from both the academic and industrial sectors for a series of advanced lectures exploring a broad range of topics including quantum computaion & quantum algorithms, quantum communication, quantum control, quantum thermodynamics & open quantum systems, photonics, cold atoms or even antimatter physics !

QuanTEEM addresses a special thanks to Bruno Peaudecerf who showed us an impressive demonstration of the capabilities of the so-called Bose-Einstein printer developped in his lab by writing the name of our master’s programme with coherent superpositions of Bose-Einstein condensates !
In addition, QanTEEM students attended a one-day long tutorial session organized by the company Atos / Eviden on quantum computing and quantum algorithms for quantum chemistry using the quantum simulator myQLM developed by the company.
